Viktoria Eder – Warehouse Operator with Heart and a Hands-On Mentality

Since 2022, Viktoria Eder has been ensuring a smooth flow of goods at Transdanubia as a warehouse operator – primarily in the frozen storage facility. Whether handling incoming and outgoing goods, loading and unloading trucks, or operating forklifts, Viktoria knows every step of the process and always keeps an overview. She started her career as a packing operator before moving into goods receipt, where she discovered her strength for organization and precision.

What she values most about her work is the variety:

No two days are the same, and every task brings new challenges and opportunities to learn. Viktoria is especially proud of the recognition she has earned from her colleagues – in a traditionally male-dominated field, she has firmly established herself through competence, team spirit, and a good sense of humor. Despite the demanding work, there is always room for shared laughter in the warehouse, which she considers one of the best parts of her daily routine.

After work, Viktoria enjoys spending time with her son and prefers being outdoors – especially in spring and summer. She also has a passion for hands-on activities and often goes climbing in her free time.

If she had to describe Transdanubia, she would call it “innovative – yet human.” For her, this means a company that questions existing processes, develops modern solutions, and never loses sight of the people behind the work. She particularly appreciates that Transdanubia supports individual career paths – whether for parents with caregiving responsibilities or employees looking to grow professionally.
