Michael Purgar – Passionately Driving Solutions
Since 2004, Michael Purgar has been a key member of the Transdanubia Spedition team in Pasching. Today, as authorized signatory, dispatch manager for tarpaulin/part load goods, and warehouse manager, he wears multiple hats – combining experience, leadership, and passion for logistical solutions. His responsibilities span employee management and scheduling, customer and partner relations, sales, and accountability for economic key figures.
A varied workday
His career at Transdanubia began in short-haul transport – step by step, Michael took on more responsibility, growing from domestic operations manager to authorized signatory. He particularly values the freedom to bring in new ideas and actively advance the company. Together with his young team, he has built a strong reputation in part-load logistics – something he looks back on with great pride.
His workday starts early, usually at 5:30 a.m. After a round through the warehouse and conversations with employees and partners, Michael focuses on scheduling, pricing, and customer care. Open communication always comes first – because in the team, the motto is: no day is like the other.
Privately, Michael prioritizes staying active and balance – whether through sports or quality family time with loved ones. For him, Transdanubia stands for one thing above all: solutions. Because here, the impossible becomes possible.
