Michael Bauhofer – Department Head with Drive and Creativity
Since September 2021, Michael Bauhofer has been contributing his experience and organizational talent every day at the Müllendorf logistics site. As a department head, he ensures the smooth execution of operational processes and actively supports his team at all times – whether planning daily operations, coordinating staff, or handling truck dispatch.
What Michael values most about his work is its variety. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly what makes his role so appealing. He enjoys putting his own ideas into practice and is especially pleased when they are embraced and successfully implemented by the team: “At the end of the day, seeing that something works that you helped shape yourself – that’s the greatest success.”
