Martin Fellinger – Head of Logistics with Vision and a Hands-On Mentality
Since August 2021, Martin Fellinger has been managing Transdanubia’s logistics site in Müllendorf. As Head of Logistics, he is responsible for planning, controlling, and implementing all processes – always with the goal of combining economic efficiency with high quality.
What he particularly values about his role is the opportunity to independently design and implement processes. He uses this creative freedom with great commitment and experience to continuously develop the site. Martin is especially proud of the economic and qualitative successes achieved in recent years – successes that reflect not only numbers, but also the collective dedication of his team.
This is what a typical workday looks like
His typical workday begins with a jour fixe with department heads, followed by a warehouse walkthrough, customer coordination, planning activities, and handling current tasks.
Outside of work, Martin enjoys spending time with his family. He likes accompanying his daughter to her horse-riding activities, plays padel tennis, and relaxes by grilling or smoking food – preferably homemade bacon or meat.
If he had to describe Transdanubia in one word, it would be “fair” – because for him, fairness means not only openness and honesty in interactions, but also the appreciation each employee receives.
