Jennifer Bauhofer – Administrative Specialist with Structure and Balance

Since April 2024, Jennifer Bauhofer has been supporting the Transdanubia team as an administrative specialist, ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly. Her main responsibilities include handling incoming and outgoing goods, carefully documenting and archiving all warehouse movements, and coordinating with freight forwarders as well as colleagues from goods receipt, dispatch, and inventory management.

What Jennifer particularly values about her role is the opportunity to work independently and manage her time flexibly. She learns something new every day – which is exactly what motivates her to approach her tasks with care and dedication. Despite clearly defined processes, no two days are the same, as she says with a smile: “Same office, same tasks – and yet no day is ever the same.”

Jennifer enjoys being part of a team where collaboration and mutual support are highly valued. After work, she likes to spend time with her family, stay active through sports, and pursue her passion for baking.

If she had to describe Transdanubia in one word, it would be “balance-oriented” – because the company combines clear structures with a strong awareness of work-life balance and pays attention to the individual needs of its employees.
