Elke Fischer - Organisation, Engagement and Team Spirit
Elke Fischer has been part of the Transdanubia team since 2009 and currently serves as Deputy Head of Cross Dock Logistics. Starting out as a summer intern in truck administration, she has steadily worked her way up into a leadership role – a journey shaped by commitment, expertise, and drive. In her position, she coordinates staff and truck scheduling, manages projects and new systems from implementation through to daily operations, and ensures that all processes run smoothly and meet high standards.

What she values most is the variety in her work and the close interaction with people, which makes her job exciting every day. When she’s not optimizing complex processes in the warehouse or office, she enjoys horse riding, swimming, and spending time in the mountains – both in summer and winter.
