Aser Bogdan Lele – Passionate About Order and Quality
Since 2020, Aser Bogdan Lele has been ensuring smooth operations in the frozen and cooled storage areas at Transdanubia in Guntramsdorf. As a warehouse logistician and warehouse manager, he looks after customers, coordinates his team, and keeps cleanliness and structure in focus. On top of that, he serves as the fire safety officer – a role that perfectly complements his love for order.
What Aser particularly appreciates about his work is the variety:
No two days are the same. He starts his day at seven in the morning, coordinating deliveries, answering emails, and holding discussions with colleagues, customers, and drivers. Despite all the hustle, there’s always time for a shared lunch break – before new orders and challenges await.
His humor is as much a part of the daily routine as his organizational talent. Once, a driver told him that his GPS was directing him across a lake. Aser just grinned and replied: “Better stay to the right then – we don’t offer an amphibious express service yet.”
In his free time, Aser likes to stay active: he goes hiking, travels, sings in the church choir, and is enthusiastic about classic Mercedes-Benz models. For him, Transdanubia stands for reliability and quality – or, as he puts it himself: “Quality logistics.”
