Andreas Scherbaum – Managing Director with 39 Years of Dedication
Since 1987, Andreas Scherbaum has been the commercial and regulatory Managing Director of Transdanubia Spedition GesmbH. As key account manager for two major automotive and food/trade logistics clients, he oversees international dispatch, groupage, part-load goods, and customer-specific projects – a career path that took him from operations to authorized signatory and finally to his current leadership role.
Constant flexibility and new challenges every day
What he values most about his work is the constant need for flexibility and mastering new challenges every day. He is particularly proud to be part of the "Transdanubia DNA" and to have contributed to the company's development over recent years. A typical workday revolves around email communication, tracking key figures and information for critical logistics areas, providing early guidance to those responsible, and always being available for advice.
Outside of work, Andreas cherishes time with his family and being out in nature whenever possible. Transdanubia is more than a job for him – it's the second part of his life. Having spent two-thirds of his life with the company, it runs as deep as family.
