Since 2022, Alban Kelmendi has been contributing his experience and organizational talent as Quality Manager within the Transdanubia Group. With an eye for detail and a sense for long-term improvements, he is responsible for the further development of the quality management system across Austria. Whether it concerns food safety, process optimization, complaint management, or employee training – Alban always keeps the bigger picture in mind.
A varied workday
His career at Transdanubia began in import dispatch, before he discovered the exciting world of quality management. Today, he successfully supports projects and certifications that have a lasting impact on the company. Between operational tasks, customer meetings, audits, and visits to different sites, his workday remains varied – and that is exactly what he values most.
Outside of work, Alban stays active: traveling, going to the gym, and playing football are his ways of unwinding. What does he particularly appreciate about Transdanubia?
